Before founding her own company, Ms. Chekirbaeva served as Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kyrgyzstan for 6 years. In addition, she has over 20 years of experience, including serving as vice president of an international gold mining company. She also worked at various international development institutions in Kyrgyzstan and Washington, which gave her the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of international markets and establish contacts. In addition, Ms. Chekirbaeva is actively involved in social projects to support young professionals and schoolchildren.
